Daria did some research and found out that your abdominals get a great workout just sitting on the ball, because you have to consistently balance yourself to keep from falling off!   She bought one felt a difference in her mood.  “Now I could enjoyed writing and get a workout at the same time!”  Daria also incorporated an aerobic video into her schedule and now feels even better.
